Hiking, Tequila Tasting & Beach Day in Puerto Vallarta (Zip Line Optional!)

Overview

After a quick 15-minute bus ride, we’ll enjoy a scenic 45-minute walk through a charming small town surrounded by lush tropical scenery, including avocado, jackfruit, guava, and oil palm trees, as well as a gentle stream. Adventure lovers who arrive early can opt for an optional zip-line experience featuring nine thrilling lines through the jungle, ranging from 20 to an impressive 480 meters.

Later, we’ll visit a local distillery to learn the basics of tequila production, followed by an artisanal tequila tasting. We’ll then continue our hike toward the coast, stopping at several small beaches along the way before reaching a beachfront hillside palapa restaurant with stunning ocean views—perfect for lunch or a restroom break.

Afterward, we’ll head to one of Puerto Vallarta’s most beautiful southern beaches, known for its calm, crystal-clear waters that resemble a natural pool—ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Optional activities include massages, paddleboarding, and jet ski rentals.

Please note this adventure includes about 3 km of moderate walking over rocky terrain, so come ready to explore. Comfortable walking shoes or water shoes are highly recommended. Part of the route follows a stream—so getting a little wet is part of the fun! Small local shops along the way offer drinks and snacks before we reach the beach. This is a gay-friendly, adult-oriented experience.
